weekends go by so fast

After I finished the grocery shopping this afternoon, I decided to make two dishes that I haven't baked in a while. Lasagna and apple pie. The lasagna turned out perfect and went well with the spinach salad we had for dinner. The pie on the other hand turned out looking kind of strange and the apples were a little bit undercooked. It still tasted pretty good with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
